What we do with your details
We collect only what we need to answer your enquiry, we do not sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

What we collect
When you send an enquiry we store your name, email address, the property or street you named, the project type you selected, and your message. If you include a phone number in that message we keep it too, so we can call you back. Nothing else is captured.
Why we hold it
Only so we can reply to you and, if we go on to draw plans for your property, keep a record of how the conversation started. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we never sell or share these details with third parties.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into a project are deleted after twenty-four months. Correspondence tied to a set of drawings we produced is kept alongside those drawings, so we can answer questions about a plan years after we handed it over.
Asking us to delete it
Email outdoorink@comcast.net and we will remove your details and confirm within five working days. You do not need to give a reason.
Analytics and cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Any analytics we run are aggregate, and they cannot identify an individual visitor.
